description
These octal buffers and drivers are designed specifically toimprove both the performance and density of 3-state memory addressdrivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters.
Taken together with the SN74ALS1240, these devices provide thechoice of inverting and noninverting outputs.
The SN54ALS1244A is characterized for operation over the fullmilitary temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. TheSN74ALS1244A is characterized for operation from 0°C to70°C.
