This device contains six independent 2-input AND drivers. Itperforms the Boolean functions Y = A • B or in positive logic.
The center-pin configuration reduces lead inductance when comparedto the ´AS808B. The reduced lead inductance minimizes noisegenerated onto either the VCC or GND bus. This reductionis significant in high-current switching applications.
The SN74AS1808 is characterized for operation from 0°C to70°C.
