These devices contain three independent 3-input NAND gates. Theyperform the Boolean function or in positivelogic.

The SN54HC10 is characterized for operation over the full militarytemperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74HC10 ischaracterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
