This bus buffer gate is designed for 2.3-V to 3.6-V V_CC operation.

The SN74ALVC1G125 features a single line driver with a 3-state output. The output is disabled when output-enable (OE\) input is high.

To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE\ should be tied to V_CC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.

The SN74ALVC1G125 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
