The 'AC08 are quadruple 2-input positive-AND gates. These devicesperform the Boolean function Y = A B or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic.

The SN54AC08 is characterized for operation over the full militarytemperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74AC08 ischaracterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
