The 'ACT08 are quadruple 2-input positive-AND gates. These devicesperform the Boolean functionsY = A B or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic.

The SN54ACT08 is characterized for operation over the fullmilitary temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN74ACT08is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
