description
EPIC is a trademark of Texas Instruments
These octal bus transceivers are designed for asynchronous two-waycommunication between data buses. These devices transmit data fromthe A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus depending uponthe level at the direction control (DIR) input. The enable input G\is used to disable the device so the buses are effectively isolated.
The 54ACT11640 is characterized for operation over the fullmilitary temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The74ACT11640 is characterized for operation from - 40°C to85°C.
