OCTAL BUFFERS/LINEDRIVERS
WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS
SCAS011B - D2957, JULY 1987 - REVISED APRIL 1993
EPIC is a trademark of Texas Instruments Incorporated.
These octal buffers or line drivers are designed specifically toimprove both the performance and density of three-state memoryaddress drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers andtransmitters. Taken together with the ACT11240 and ACT11244, thesedevices provide the choice of selected combinations of inverting andnoninverting outputs, symmetrical G\ (active-low output control)inputs, and complementary G and G\ inputs. These devices feature highfan-out.
The 54ACT11241 is characterized for operation over the fullmilitary temperature range of - 55°C to 125°C. The74ACT11241 is characterized for operation from - 40°C to85°C.
