These devices contain four independent 2-input NAND gates. Theyperform the Boolean functions or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic.

The 54ACT11000 is characterized for operation over the fullmilitary temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The74ACT11000 is characterized for operation from -40°C to85°C.
