UNDERSTANDING DATA CONVERTERS

This document discusses data converter specifications as defined on a manufacturing data sheet and considers some aspects of designing with data conversion products. The sources of error that change the device characteristics from an ideal function to reality are shown with illustration of their characteristic curves. A brief description of the TLC04 anti-aliasing Butterworth filter is provided.
