DELPH2™: Digital Acquisition and Processing for Single-Channel Seismic
by ELICS

Software Overview

DELPH2 is a dual-channel seismic system that is widely used for site survey investigation, pipeline
routes, and engineering geophysics.
Digital recording and processing drastically improve the use of the data collected.
Two independent seismic channels with two sampling frequencies and two triggering rates are
provided to optimize on-site recording.
Real-time processing and display offers quality control of both sources and receivers.
Off-line processing includes:
•	Predictive deconvolution
•	Time varying filter
•	Wave shaping
•	Interactive interpretation

Features and Benefits

•	Unique dual-channel system
•	Integrated interpretation acquisition
•	Both real-time and off-line processing
•	PC based, menu driven

Processor and System Specifications

•	Devices supported: TMS320C31, PC/AT/486 (at least) host processor
•	300-Mbytes hard disk
•	Thermal plotter
•	Graphic board, TIGA compatible
•	High-resolution display

Usage Limitations or Performance Considerations

System performance:
•	Sampling frequency: 1 kHz to 48 kHz
•	Recording length: up to 10 s
