Data Modem Data Pump
For Floating-Point DSPs
by Dallas Signal Processing, Inc.
Software Overview
The Dallas Signal Processing V22bis-C30 is a DSP-based 2400-bps modem algorithm that implements the
notes V.22bis, BELL 212A, and BELL 103. The software implements all the functions of a modem
chipset. It may be used with digital lines (T1) or with an analog front end (codec and DAA). The
code is a hardware-independent-callable routine with an interface similar to that of a modem chip.
