We will review the architecture with an emphasis on functionality, then introduce the code generation & software development tools. Our discussion will include the C compiler, the assembly linker, and other debug tools such as the simulator. We will also highlight the C54x DSKplus, a useful demonstration board with a wide variety of capabilities.
