Notes:
The object format converter is used to create a file that is compatible with an EPROM programmer. TI provides a utility with the tools called the HEX500 utility which converts an executable in TI format (a .out file from the linker) into one or more files for an EPROM programmer. This firmware can be loaded on a target platform.
