TMS320C205 Features

The 'C205 features the core CPU of the 'C2xx generation, several fast, flexible peripherals, and 4K words of RAM for high-volume, low-cost memory integration. This on-chip single-access RAM can be either program or data memory.

The 'C205 has the same peripherals as the 'C203 and is pin-for-pin compatible with the 'C203.
