TMS320C15 Features

The TMS320C15 is both object-code and pin compatible with the TMS320C10.

The 'C15 provides 256 16-bit words of internal data RAM and either 4K 16-bit words of internal or 4K 16-bit words of external program ROM. It is also available in a one-time programmable (OTP) version.

The TMS320LC15 offers a 3.3-V (low-voltage) alternative to the standard 5-V device.
