Windows-based development tool available for TMS320 DSPs

GO DSP's Code Composer highlights a first for DSP debugging and code development environments, providing the only software development environment with a graphical user interface (GUI). Code Composer Version 1.5 brings together high- and low-level DSP debuggers, signal probes and scopes, profiling, and full compatibility with TI's own development tools and user customization features in a fully integrated Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 environment.

"This version of Code Composer leapfrogs a generation in DSP development environments," said Greg Da Silva, president for GO DSP. Code Composer 1.5 is already helping to reduce time-to-market for TMS320 DSP developers."

Some of Code Composer's advanced features are:

• Context-sensitive on-line help
